Data Deletion

You can have your data removed from Recadly at any time, in one of two ways.

Option 1 — Disconnect in the app

Open Recadly, go to Settings, and disconnect your Instagram account. This immediately revokes Recadly's access to your Instagram account and deletes the stored access token.

Option 2 — Request full deletion

Email privacy@recadly.com from the address associated with your account — or include your Instagram username — and ask for full data deletion.

We will delete all data stored for your account — account information, access tokens, direct message and comment content, automation rules, and drafted replies — within 30 days, and confirm by email once it is done.
